Truth
Truth is a beautiful and precious commodity; it is highly valued in all of life’s relationships. Families desire a truthful spirit in their relationships; employers insist on truthfulness from employees; citizens respect leaders who speak the unvarnished truth to the citizenry.
Above all, our Lord loves truth; every word He has spoken rings with purity.
Not only does He love truth, He expects the same attitude from humans as they approach the principles He has laid down for mankind.
As Jesus prayed for His apostles, He requested the following:
“Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth”
(John 17:17).
Just as Jesus desired this of the apostles, so, too, does He desire it for all people. He wants followers who love the pure message from Heaven, which by inspiration has been meticulously recorded in the Bible.
Sadly, not all people who claim to love the Lord love the truth. Through tradition, false teaching, and lack of sobriety toward truly understanding the word of God, many have allowed truth to become clouded not only in their minds, but also in those they influence.
There is, however, a better way.
This website is not sponsored by any religious organization; it is not the mouthpiece of a church, political entity, or organization seeking donations. It is simply made available for those who want to study the truth of God in its simple purity. Those who contribute material to the site are Christians only. They are free from denominational machinery and are happy to only wear the name of Christ.
